To use Smart Vision Star and its services (collectively referred to as the "Services" below), you shall read and comply with the Smart Vision Star User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"). Please carefully read the following terms before you start using the Services. By using our Services, you indicate that you have read, understood and agreed to abide by all the contents of this Agreement. If you do not agree to any terms of this Agreement, please stop using our Services.
1.1 You need to register an account to use our Services. During registration, you are required to provide true, accurate and complete personal information, and ensure that such information is updated in a timely manner.
1.2 Your account is for your personal use only and shall not be transferred, lent or authorized to others for use.
1.3 You shall properly keep your account and password and shall not disclose them to others. Otherwise, you shall bear the responsibilities arising therefrom.
2.1 You have the right to use the Services we provide in accordance with our regulations, including browsing products, placing orders for products, etc.
2.2 You shall comply with national laws and regulations as well as public morality, and shall not use our Services to engage in any illegal, infringing acts or acts that harm the interests of others.

The formation, effectiveness, performance and interpretation of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties; if negotiation fails, such disputes shall be submitted to a court with jurisdiction for settlement.
8.1 If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be deemed severable from the rest of the Agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the other provisions.
8.2 This Agreement shall take effect as of the date you register your account.
